Arrive at the studio 15-20 minutes prior to scheduled class time. Students are admitted on walk-in basis; we do not accept advanced reservations. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
All classes are 90 minutes. Please plan on staying for the entire class to receive all the benefits of the practice.
Come to class on an empty stomach. It's recommended to stop eating 2 hours prior to class.
