Bikram Yoga is a 90 minute series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done in a specific order, designed for people with chronic stress, illness, disease, bad posture, and everything in between.
The postures are simple, restorative, and therapeutic. Repeating the postures allows the students to see and FEEL their progress with a consistent practice. Move at your own pace. Take a break if necessary. The benefits begin to happen through any and all effort you put in. You do not need to be able to do everything to experience the amazing benefits.
